Smoothie dinner: bananas, honey, dates, and orange...
Today marks my second month of being vegan, alcohol-free*, and back with my trainer.
I’ve shed 14 pounds (from 167 to 153)
down 2 inches in my waist (back in pants I wore in college)
up a 1/2 size in my shirt (my chest and shoulders have filled out)
*I’ve drank 3 times but exponentially less than I used to (new years, my birthday/valentines day, and a random karaoke night.)
